Instant Pot Beans: Dry to Done in 30 Minutes!

I recently have been making an effort to eat more beans and less meat. Buying canned beans is sort of cumbersome, so I bought some bags of dry beans, figuring I'd just plan ahead, soak them overnight, and cook the next day. Alas, my friends, there is no need if you own an instant pot!

I added 3.5 cups of water to one cup of beans, sprinkled some salt, and put the Instant Pot on high pressure manual for 30 mins. When it finished I let it depressurize on it's own for 8 mins, then flipped the pressure release valve, drained the water and voila! BEANS!
